Is Britney Spears really back or have she just pulled another “Oops!…I Did It Again”?
A judge has decided the superstar does not need a conservatorship, but no doubt “Oh My God I’m Back” still rules for the sexy singer.
Last month, Spears’ father Jamie Spears announced that he was stepping down as her conservator and that her fortunes would no longer be under his watch. Jamie, who has had control over Britney since a 2007 wreck, got the nickname “lookout dad” at the time of the incident.
“It is the final chapter for the conservatorship and I am very proud of how I have worked with both of my daughters, Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears, and with their advisors, as well as the professionals at the conservatorship, to keep Britney’s personal and professional life on track,” Spears said in a statement last month.

According to court documents obtained by the New York Post, Jamie will continue to serve as Britney’s chief protector as will her mother Lynne.
As part of the deal, Jamie sold his stake in the entertainment management company KSE Inc. to his daughter, Jamie Spears was named to the company and Lynne became a shareholder.
Under the agreement, Britney relinquished all of her share in The Chase Management Company, which manages her business affairs, and says Lynne will continue as one of the firm’s directors.
In exchange, Jamie will retain primary authority for administering Britney Spears’ medical, financial and conservatory affairs.
On Feb. 1, Britney tweeted she was on her “birthday cake” in Las Vegas with plans to work, travel and celebrate.

It’s unclear if her intentions were truthful.
